Logo design: Clipp-e's

A client of mine wanted to combine the "Buc-ee's" logo with microsoft's "Clippy" character. 

Process

        I Sketched out some initial ideas. Upon feedback, my client and I decided that I executed his vision a bit too perfectly, and to avoid stressing about copyright claims, I decided to go back in and change the custom font that I made as it matched the source font near perfectly. I provided my client with plenty of options that you can scroll through. He went with the design you see at the top of this page. I provided him with two colors.
